TNT Promo, formerly Richter Marketing is owned by Chuck and Sandi Issacs. This husband and wife team are growing their business by providing excellent service, razor sharp prices and unique products.

Sandi Issaacs operated the company for several years doing sales and production before partnering with her husband Chuck.

Now, Chuck does the sales, using his military contacts and aboriginal status to develop business in both target groups while Sandi manages the office activities and graphic design.

Chuck does not ask for a deposit from customers placing an order. His terms are net 30 and he's lost about $3500.00 doing it this way. Call it an investment in customer loyalty and trust.

Advertising specialties is a relatively low cost business to enter. There are about 150 businesses like TNT in the Edmonton area alone. You sell the items, facilitate production and collect the money. The challenge is to maintain a good cash flow in the meantime to pay suppliers.

Chuck says that his print advertising actually netted zero calls. He believes in follow up, dropping off the products when they're done and coming by a month or so later with coffee, donuts and a free promo item to continue the good will.

One key to increasing sales is to be on supplier lists with clients who potentially could order large volumes. That's all part of the master plan for TNT Promo.
